Privacy Policy — ERP Galaxy

Last updated: 23 July 2026

Nothing you look up is ever collected. The reference data lives inside the app, so your searches, the tables you open and the notes you write never leave your device. The app is free and carries advertising, and that advertising is the only part that touches the network. This page says exactly what it does.

What the app itself collects

Nothing. There is no account, no sign-up, no login, and no analytics of your use of the app. No search you type, no table you open, and no item on your to-do list is transmitted anywhere.

Advertising

The app shows a small banner supplied by Google AdMob, which pays for the app being free. To do that, the advertising SDK contacts Google's servers and may receive and use:

Ads are non-personalised. The app does not ask for tracking permission and does not request personalised advertising, so this data is not used to build a profile of you across other apps and websites.

The advertising SDK is Google's and is governed by Google's Privacy & Terms. It is not given anything about what you searched for or which tables you viewed — the app does not send it that information.

Where ads appear

Only while you are reading: the guides, lessons, playbooks, BAPI catalogue and your to-do list. Never on the galaxy, on search, or on a table's detail panel, and never full-screen. None appear the first few times you open the app.

Your choices

Where the law requires it, such as in the EU and UK, the app shows a consent screen before any advertising request is made, and you can decline. You can also reset an advertising identifier at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and Apple Advertising.

Network access

Every one of the app's 2,273 reference records ships inside the app, so all of its actual function works with no connection at all. Turn on Airplane Mode and every lookup behaves identically — only the banner is absent, and the space it occupies collapses.

Data stored on your device

The app remembers a few things locally so it behaves the way you left it:

These are stored on your device only. They are never transmitted, and they are deleted when you delete the app.

Spotlight

The app adds its own reference content to your device's Spotlight index so you can search for a table from iOS Search. This index is created and held on your device by iOS. No personal information is indexed, and nothing leaves the device.

Children

ERP Galaxy is a professional reference tool for people who work with SAP software. It is not directed at children.

Changes

This policy was updated on 23 July 2026, before the first version containing advertising shipped, and the change is described in that version's App Store release notes. Any future change that affects what is collected will be made the same way.
