Survives as a compatibility view rather than a real table. Existing reports keep running, which is exactly why this one gets missed; writes are not supported and the failure surfaces later.
A fast-lookup index for open (uncleared) G/L items. Not the source of truth — BSEG is. Think of it as a bookmark list: 'these line items are still open'. Used to speed up FBL3N and similar reports.
