COEP is replaced in SAP S/4HANA.
The table may still exist, but it is no longer where the data lives, and there is no same-named view standing in for it. Existing SELECTs either fail or quietly return stale and partial answers, which is the more dangerous outcome.
Every cost posting to a CO object (cost centre, internal order, WBS element) in ECC6. The controlling equivalent of BSEG. Cross-charged to finance via BKPF/BSEG. Huge in active CO environments.
