MBEW is replaced in SAP S/4HANA.
The table may still exist, but it is no longer where the data lives, and there is no same-named view standing in for it. Existing SELECTs either fail or quietly return stale and partial answers, which is the more dangerous outcome.
The accounting value of materials — standard price, moving average price, total stock value. One row per material per valuation area (usually = plant). Critical for inventory valuation reporting.
