MKPF is replaced in SAP S/4HANA.
The table may still exist, but it is no longer where the data lives, and there is no same-named view standing in for it. Existing SELECTs either fail or quietly return stale and partial answers, which is the more dangerous outcome.
The header for goods movements in ECC6. Every goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfer creates a material document. MKPF is the cover sheet — document number, date, user who posted it.
