This chart is empty, and that is a statement rather than an omission. The act states a relationship that this chart does not yet draw. This person is named at a marriage as a parent or a sibling of one of the spouses, and the person-builder does not make an edge from that role. The relationship is in the record, not on this chart.
What the registers say
- death — 17 Jan 1815 , Arienzo, strada Camellara “ANDREANA CRISCI'S INFANT SISTER, DEAD AT SEVEN DAYS, THREE MONTHS AFTER ANDREANA'S WEDDING.
«…i quali hanno dichiarato che a detto dì diciassette del mese corrente di Gennajo, ad ore una di notte, CARMELA CRISCI, figlia di ARCANGELO CRISCI e SARA RUGGIERO, di giorni SETTE, di professione contadina, domiciliata strada Camellara».
Arcangelo Crisci and Sara Ruggiero are Andreana's own parents — they consented to her marriage to Vincenzo Falco on 15 October 1814, and the act of that marriage names them both. This child was born about 10 January 1815, so Sara Ruggiero was carrying her through her daughter's wedding.
AND THE MAN WHO REPORTED THE DEATH WAS A FALCO. The second declarant is «GIUSEPPE FALCO di anni trenta, massaro di campagna, strada Camellara, vicini della defunta» — a neighbour, not a relative, and not this household's Vincenzo. The act says «vicini». It does not say «parente», and this archive has been caught before reading a neighbour as kin. [[relationship-words-magnified]]
THERE IS A SECOND ARCANGELO CRISCI AT ARIENZO IN THIS VERY REGISTER — married to GRAZIA SPOSITO, on strada Capodicasa. This act is taken as Andreana's father because it names Sara Ruggiero and puts the household on strada Camellara.”ANTENATI an_ua14317 img4 — READ FROM THE IMAGE - birth — Jan 1815 , Arienzo, strada Camellara “HER BIRTH ACT, FOUND AFTER HER DEATH ACT AND IN THE SAME WEEK. The 1815 BIRTH register: «è comparso ARCANGELO CRISCI d'anni QUARANTACINQUE, di professione COLONO, domiciliato in detto Comune, strada CAMELLARA … e da SARA RUGGIERO sua moglie [legittima]».
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THIS ARCHIVE HAS HEARD ANDREANA CRISCI'S FATHER GIVE HIS OWN AGE. Forty-five in January 1815 puts Arcangelo Crisci's birth about 1770 — so he was about forty-four when he consented to Andreana's marriage to Vincenzo Falco on 15 October 1814, and his wife bore another child three months later.
AND IT PUTS THE CRISCI HOUSEHOLD ON STRADA CAMELLARA — the Falco street — which the marriage act does not say.
THERE IS A SECOND ARCANGELO CRISCI IN THIS SAME VOLUME, married to GRAZIA SPOSITO on strada Capodicasa. This act is taken as Andreana's father because it names Sara Ruggiero.”ANTENATI an_ua14412 img5 — READ FROM THE IMAGE
