Act 77: «L'anno mille ottocento TRENTOTTO, il dì QUATTRO del mese di SETTEMBRE … è comparso MICHELANGELO FALCO, di anni TRENTAQUATTRO, di professione CONTADINO, domiciliato in strada SANT'ANDREA, quale ci ha presentato un MASCHIO … che lo stesso è nato da MARIA MIGLIORE sua moglie legittima, di anni TRENTACINQUE, domiciliata collo stesso, e da lui dichiarante … nel giorno QUATTRO del mese di SETTEMBRE, alle ore VENTI, nella casa sua propria d'abitazione … di dare al neonato il nome di MARINO, ALESSANDRO».

THIS ARCHIVE NOW HOLDS A MICHELANGELO FALCO WITH THREE DIFFERENT WIVES IN SEVEN YEARS, and this act is the third: MARIANTONIA VIGLIOTTA (1831, 1832, strada Camellara), RAFFAELA FALCO (1834, strada Camellara) and now MARIA MIGLIORE (1838, strada SANT'ANDREA). The archive had already published the first two as an open question — «either there are two Michelangelo Falco at Arienzo, or one of the two mothers is misread». A third mother, on a different street, makes the misreading answer much harder to hold. It is set down here as its own household and joined to nothing, because deciding which Michelangelo this is would be a claim and no document makes it.
