Pasquale Rivetti (of Crescenzo, m. 1824)

What the registers say

• marriage — 29 Jul 1824 , Arienzo
“A THIRD CHILD, AND A SECOND GRANDSON OF THE FOUNDER. «18. RIVETTI PASQUALE | Arienzo | RIVETTI CRESCENZO, e FALCO ANGELA | A 29 Luglio 1824», his bride VETRONE AGNESE of Serfasali, daughter of Luigi Vetrone and Priscilla Attarelli. HE MARRIED AFTER BOTH HIS PARENTS WERE DEAD — his father in December 1816, his mother in October 1822. CAUTION: the same 1824 tavola holds a SECOND Pasquale Rivetti, act 23, son of PAOLO Rivetti and Angela Repetuto — and Paolo Rivetti was Crescenzo's brother. Two first cousins of one name marrying in one year; they are told apart only by the parents' column [DISAMBIGUATED 15 Sep 2026: his grandfather was also PASQUALE RIVETTI — Crescenzo Rivetti was «figlio del fu Pasquale Rivetti e di Giovanna Perrotta» — so the plain name merged grandson with grandfather and made a man his own ancestor. The 1824 tavola also holds a SECOND Pasquale Rivetti, atto 23, first cousin to this one, son of Paolo Rivetti and Angela Repetuto.]”
