This chart is empty, and that is a statement rather than an omission. This person stood at an act and is not kin to anyone in it — a witness, a declarant, or the midwife. This archive keeps them because who a family called on is evidence of its own, and because the same names recur across households.
What the registers say
- named — 25 Aug 1842 , Arienzo, strada Camellara “Forty-seven, a contadino of strada Camellara — verified from the image, «di anni quarantasette». He is a neighbour; the act does not call him kin, and these registers write «parente» when they mean it.
THE CLAIM THAT USED TO STAND HERE WAS THE OPPOSITE OF THE TRUTH. This page said: «Thirteen months later, at forty-eight, the same man reports the death of CHIARA RIVETTI on the same street. In a register that gives Giuseppe Falco four different ages, this one holds.» He is not forty-eight in that act. He is forty-three. The archive read «quarantatre» from the image on 15 September 2026 and corrected Chiara Rivetti's act — and left the boast standing in two other files. Forty-seven in August 1842, forty-three in September 1843: he lost four years in thirteen months, and this is one more demonstration that the ages in these registers are guessed.”ANTENATI an_ua14344 img35r atto55

Others of the same name
This parish repeats its names relentlessly — there are three Maria Falco and four Pasquale. These are different people, kept apart on purpose rather than merged into one.
