- named as living — 1810 , Arienzo, strada delli Crisci “«moglie di NICOLA CRISCI, di professione MENDICO» — alive in 1810 and himself a beggar. Husband and wife are given the same trade, which the clerk wrote out twice rather than abbreviating.”ANTENATI an_ua14312 img30 — READ FROM THE IMAGE
THIS ACT CORRECTED THE ONE ABOVE IT, AND THE ONE ABOVE IT CORRECTED THIS ONE. It was found on 22 September 2026, an hour after his wife's act was published — and it named him NICOLA where this archive had read MICHELE. Going back to her act at seven times magnification, «Nicola» is what is written; there is no «-ele» ending. The first reading was taken at two and a half times and was wrong.
AND THIS ACT'S OWN TRAP RAN THE OTHER WAY. Read at strip size his trade is «MEDICO» — a physician — which would have made his wife's «mendica» a misreading and this couple something entirely different. The word breaks at the right margin. Magnified eight times the fragment before the break is «Men», not «Me». He was a beggar, as she was. [[relationship-words-magnified]]
Eighty in November 1811 puts his birth about 1731.”ANTENATI an_ua14313 img42 — READ FROM THE IMAGE
