Of STEYNSBURG then, and by 1909 CHARLES WERDMULLER, J.P., OF HOOPSTAD in the Orange River Colony — the town his wife died in. HIS MOTHER IS NOT NAMED ON ANYTHING READ HERE. If he is the child born 14 February 1857 at Burgersdorp he is AUGUSTA LOUISA KOLBE’S SON and a grandson of the 1820 Settler; if he belongs to his father’s 1874 marriage he is no relation at all, and a man marrying in 1884 as a second son cannot be.
