SHE IS IN THE BURGERSDORP REGISTER AND NOT IN ANY NAME SEARCH, BECAUSE THE INDEX GIVES HER NO SURNAME: two separate index passes of the same page read “MARGRITH LOUISA MARIA” and “MARGRETH LOUISA MARY”, and the Name column stops there. It is the blank Name column again, the same failure that hid her sister Catherine Mary Sophia of 1855. Found by asking the index for a RELATIONSHIP — father John Barry, mother a Kolbe — and letting it return whatever the child was called. Her parents are entered as “Margrith Willemina Kolbe + John Barry”.
