The fishing village opposite Brijuni, north of Pula, with reconstructed households of the name.
Three households of the surname were reconstructed here from indexed records. Fažana belongs to the same southern cluster as Vodnjan and Premantura, and like them it has never been read register-page by register-page — which, at Vodnjan, is what turned twelve households in a 1945 cadastre into five documented generations.
