The last village before the cape at the bottom of Istria, and one of the southern parishes the surname holds in.
Premantura sits with Ližnjan, Fažana, Šišan and Vodnjan in the southern Istrian group. The households here are documented in the sweeps but not yet worked through a register page by page, which is the only method that has produced generations in this part of Istria.
