The 1825 register, read at full resolution, writes the strada Camellara family with a dotted «i» after the C — «Cesare Cioffi», «Francesco Cioffi», «Giuseppa Cioffi» — and writes the strada Cossi family, in the same volume and the same hand, without one: «Domenico Cossi», «Crescenzo Cossi», «strada Cossi». Two different families, distinguished by the clerk and conflated by this archive. Everything else about the household stands.”
