- The Chronicle (Adelaide) 21 May 1936, Family Notices - "HUDSON – ZUBRINICH. The marriage of ASTA LOUISE, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. Hudson, of Bowden, to LEONARD FRANCIS, second son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Zubrinich, of Port Pirie, will be solemnised at Holy Trinity, North terrace, on May 23rd." LEONARD FRANCIS ZUBRINICH (1908-1981) is in this tree with no spouse recorded. The engagement was announced 31 December 1932 (The Advertiser); the marriage itself was more than three years later. Their son DARYL FRANCIS was born 10 June 1939 at Glenelg Private Hospital - The Advertiser 12 June 1939 names the mother "nee Asta Hudson", confirming the marriage held.
