- Poročna knjiga Kranj-Šmartin 1881-1899, book p.59 - "IGNACIJ KERT, zemljak" marrying "FRANCIŠKA KOZINA, 1/2 zemljakova hči", his parents the late JOŽEF KERT, zemljak, and JERA JERALA, hers JOŽEF KOZINA, 1/2 zemljak, and MINA KODRAN; witnesses JANEZ JEŠE and ANTON PAPLER, both gruntar. SHE WAS UNDER TWENTY-FOUR and married on her father’s written consent of 5 February 1897, so she was born after about 1873. SHE IS NOT THE FRANZISKA KOZINA OF 1853, who died of measles at eleven in 1864; the two are forty years apart and this archive keeps them apart by their fathers.
