Ive Borić and Matija, informants at Brinje house 143 (1891)

Witness at a baptism, 20 September 1891, Brinje, Croatia — named as informants at the birth of Petrak Jure, of Brinje - very probably the Ivan Borić and Matija Borić of house 141 - not in the tree.

The family tree has never heard of this person. Every other person page in this archive is a record the MyHeritage export holds. This one is not: it exists because the register was read at the page, and it is kept beside the tree rather than put into it. The tree is an export and this archive does not edit it. FamilySearch, Croatia Church Books 1516-1994, Brinje Matična knjiga rođenih 1888-1900 (DGS 005498262, waypoint 9R26-82S), image 144 (right-hand page, second entry; page 271), entry no. 109 - the baptism of "PETRAK JURE", male, born 18 and registered 20 September 1891, of Brinje house 143, son of PETRAK TOME and SERTIĆ MARIJA; the informants' line reads, at close zoom, "Borić Ive i Matija", matičar Sertić Šimun. NOT IN THE TREE. FOUND ON 5 OCTOBER 2026 ON THE FULL READABLE-ZOOM RE-READ. The names are the husband and wife of the Ivan Borić x Matija Borić household of house 141 (Kate 1888, Vid 1890, this file), whose mother's name is written Marija in one entry and Matija in another; here the wife is Matija, which supports 'Matija' as the name she was known by. Recorded as probably that couple, not merged.
