Jure Borić and Matija, informants at Brinje house 125 (1897)

Witness at a baptism, 16 September 1897, Brinje, Croatia — named as informants at the birth of Benić Jure, of Brinje house 125 - not in the tree.

The family tree has never heard of this person. Every other person page in this archive is a record the MyHeritage export holds. This one is not: it exists because the register was read at the page, and it is kept beside the tree rather than put into it. The tree is an export and this archive does not edit it. Citation
FamilySearch, Croatia Church Books 1516-1994, Brinje Matična knjiga rođenih 1893-1897 (DGS 005498262, waypoint 9R26-82S), image 387 (left-hand page, second entry; page 376), entry no. 93 - the informants are written "Borić Jure i Matija". The child is BENIĆ JURE, male, born 10 and registered 16 September (rujna) 1897, of house 125, son of Benić Tome and Vičić Luce (the Benić x Vičić household of house 125, 1891 in this volume; BENIĆ IS NOT BORIĆ, see the withdrawn row). A margin note says he died on 12 October 1965 at Zagreb (entered 1965 and 1969). This is the THIRD birth at which a Borić Jure and Matija stand as informants (Sertić Mijo 1895, Sertić Matija August 1897, this file), here at a Benić house; the pair may be kin of the Benić-Vičić household or simply a couple much asked to stand at baptisms; no relationship is stated. FOUND ON 5 OCTOBER 2026 ON THE FULL READABLE-ZOOM RE-READ OF THE SECOND BIRTHS BOOK (1893-1897).
