The family tree has never heard of this person. Every other person page in this archive is a record the MyHeritage export holds. This one is not: it exists because the register was read at the page, and it is kept beside the tree rather than put into it. The tree is an export and this archive does not edit it. FamilySearch, Croatia Church Books 1516-1994, Brinje Matična knjiga rođenih 1893-1897 (DGS 005498262, waypoint 9R26-82S), image 351 (entered as 351 in the viewer, whose own frame label reads one lower), entry no. 111 (the figure is partly cut in the frame) - "KALANJ JURE", male, born 14 and registered 20 September 1896, of Brinje house 249, son of KALANJ JURE and VUČETIĆ ANE (the mother's given name is the one this file also reads as Manole, Ove or Ane in her other children's entries), both of Brinje, farmers, Croats. Informants "Vučetić Joso i Manda", matičar Tausani Josip. NOT IN THE TREE. FOUND ON 5 OCTOBER 2026 ON THE RE-READ OF IMAGES 351-355. A clear Kalanj in a clean hand, and the first of the five-image range the earlier log named for Kalauj sightings that was actually re-read. The couple is the Jure Kalanj and Vučetić woman of the Brinje house-231 household already in this file (Luce 1889, Marija 1891, Marko 1892, Ove 1894, Ruže 1899), a gap between the 1894 and 1899 children: the 1896 entry gives the house as 249 (the number of Mijo Kalanj's household), where the other five children give 231 - either the house number drifted or the family moved, and the entry does not say which, so this is recorded as the same couple on name and mother's surname, not merged as one proven household. The informant Vučetić Joso is the mother's own surname, plausibly her brother or father. CORRECTION OF 5 OCTOBER 2026 (full re-read, image 86): the paragraph above treats this couple as the Jure Kalanj of the house-231 household and explains the house number 249 as drift. That was wrong. Entry no. 9 of January 1890 (image 86, this file: Kalanj Mate) shows a SECOND Jure Kalanj household AT house 249, with a mother written Vičić/Vučetić Ane, informants 'Vučetić Joso i Rumenović Stoja'. The 1896 Jure, born to a mother Ane at house 249, belongs to that house-249 household (with Mate, 1890), not to the house-231 couple whose wife is Vučetić Manole (Luce 1889, Marija 1891, Ove 1894, Ruže 1899). There are two Jure Kalanj men with Vučetić/Vičić wives, one at 231 and one at 249.
