Witnesses Lasić Stjepan i BORIĆ JELA, matičar Sertić. NOT IN THE TREE. MISSED ON THE FIRST PASS and found on 5 October 2026 while re-reading the 300-318 stretch that the earlier log had recorded as 'no new finds' - a Borić mother and a Borić witness in a single entry that the fit-zoom reading did not catch. It is the FIRST child on record of the household whose 1899 child Tomo is in this file (Kate Borić, wife of Petar Sertić, Brinje house 128, born 7 August 1899): the same father, mother and house number, four years earlier, which turns that 1899 row from a single sighting into a household. MONTH CORRECTED 5 OCTOBER 2026 ON THE SECOND READABLE-ZOOM READING (image 313, left-hand page, first entry; page 228): the entry is headed 13 listopada and says born 11 listopada, that is OCTOBER 1895, not November. The informants read 'Lasić Stjepan i Borić Jele' (the first letter of Jele's surname is the same looped B as in the mother's own surname).
