Read out of a register, and not in the family tree
Marija Borić
Marriage, 22 November 1897, Kamenica, Brinje parish, Croatia — daughter of a second, distinct Niko Borić, of Kamenica - not in the tree.
The family tree has never heard of this person. Every other
person page in this archive is a record the MyHeritage export holds. This one is not: it exists
because the register was read at the page, and it is kept beside the tree rather than
put into it. The tree is an export and this archive does not edit it.

Witnesses Mesić Petar and Mate; officiant Šrobi Šimun (entry no. 25, not 35). NOT IN THE TREE. A SECOND WOMAN OF THIS EXACT NAME, KEPT SEPARATE FROM THE FIRST ON PURPOSE: this archive already holds a Marija Borić, spinster, 19, daughter of a Niko Borić, married Hofjenc Niko around 1892-93 (this file, image 564) — but that woman was of Brinje house 142 with a mother named Marta, married roughly five years earlier, and cannot be the same 19-year-old marrying here in November 1897 at Kamenica house 24 with a mother named Bare. Two different Niko Borić men, each with a daughter named Marija who married at 19, five years and one hamlet apart — read plainly as coincidence in a parish where both names are common, not forced into one identity.
