Witness at a baptism, 7 September 1897, Brinje, Croatia — named as informants at the birth of Jelić Manole, of Brinje house 246 - not in the tree.

The family tree has never heard of this person. Every other person page in this archive is a record the MyHeritage export holds. This one is not: it exists because the register was read at the page, and it is kept beside the tree rather than put into it. The tree is an export and this archive does not edit it. What the register says

Event
witness at a baptism
Date
7 September 1897
Place
Brinje, Croatia
Citation
FamilySearch, Croatia Church Books 1516-1994, Brinje Matična knjiga rođenih 1893-1897 (DGS 005498262, waypoint 9R26-82S), image 385 (left-hand page, second entry; page 372), entry no. 85 - the informants are written "Kalanj Niko i Vetonić (Vučetić?) Manole". The child is JELIĆ MANOLE, female, born 5 and registered 7 September 1897, of house 246, daughter of Jelić Frane and Vuković Manole. The Niko Kalanj of house 231 has a wife Marija Vučetić in every other entry (this file), so the wife's given name here (Manole, with a Vučetić-like surname) is either a misreading of the second name or a second Niko Kalanj; the entry gives no house; not merged. FOUND ON 5 OCTOBER 2026 ON THE FULL READABLE-ZOOM RE-READ OF THE SECOND BIRTHS BOOK (1893-1897).
