Read out of a register, and not in the family tree
Petar Borić
Baptism, 15 November 1890, Brinje, Croatia — son of Tome Borić and Jela Borić, of Brinje house 141 - a sibling of Juraj Borić, this file - not in the tree.
The family tree has never heard of this person. Every other
person page in this archive is a record the MyHeritage export holds. This one is not: it exists
because the register was read at the page, and it is kept beside the tree rather than
put into it. The tree is an export and this archive does not edit it.

- FamilySearch, Croatia Church Books 1516-1994, Brinje Matična knjiga rođenih 1888-1900 (DGS 005498262, waypoint 9R26-82S), image 113, entry no. 115 - "BORIĆ PETAR", male, born 15 October 1890, of Brinje house 141, son of BORIĆ TOME and BORIĆ JELA. A margin note added decades later appears to record a civil-era event (illegible in full). NOT IN THE TREE. A SECOND CHILD of the same Borić-marries-Borić household already in this file (Juraj Borić, image 12, born 3 February 1888) - the same house number, the same two parent names, two and a half years apart. This is now a confirmed sibling pair, not just a repeated household. CORRECTION OF 5 OCTOBER 2026 ON THE FULL READABLE-ZOOM RE-READ OF IMAGE 113: entry no. 115 is dated at close zoom 'born 15 (petnajest) STUDENOGA 1890, registered 16 studenoga 1890' - NOVEMBER, not October, which the fit-zoom reading gave; the entries around it (no. 111 of 2 November, no. 114 of 10 November) confirm November. The informants' line reads 'Sertić Karlo i Ane'. The marginal note, read now, records a civil event of 1974 (a death on 7 March 1974 'u Dorešanima(?)', by the registrar's certificate of 18 March 1974); the place name is only partly legible and is not relied on. This row's date is corrected to 15 November 1890.
