Pazin State Archive
One provider on its own. Državni arhiv u Pazinu, its own register list. The colours mean what they mean on the whole map: grey is a shelf nobody has opened, gold is a shelf we have listed, green is a place where something has actually been read.
What this provider is, and what it is not
Državni arhiv u Pazinu, its own register list. Fourteen places only — it is a partial extract and it is the smallest of the three. It is also the most honest, because it is the only one that records who physically holds the paper (a parish office, usually) and whether the volume has been digitised at all.
154 of its 1151 volumes are marked «not digitised» — books that exist on a shelf in Istria and are nowhere online. Those are the ones worth writing a letter about.
