The family
No family chart is drawn for this person, and that is a statement about the data rather than about them. This archive records kin against a name — the tree on a name page gathers everyone who shares it, so it may hold one person's dates beside another's wife. Rather than hand a reader a family that might not be this person's, the chart is drawn only where the relationship is recorded person by person, which today means the direct line.
What the archive knows
Died 23 September 1982 at Pederobba, and her death notice names her whole family: «Dearly beloved mother of Cesare, Canberra, Giosue Giacomo and Dino, Broken Hill, Alfonso, Mario and Imelda, Italy. Loved grandmother of their children.» A requiem mass was said for her at St Thomas Aquinas, Lhotsky Street, Charnwood, Canberra, on 2 October. Death notice, «The Canberra Times», 25 September 1982, p. 22; memorial-service notice, 2 October 1982, p. 21.
This is the notice that puts people on a pin. Pederobba is on David's own emigration map as a Veneto place of heavy departure and had no person attached to it; the Broken Hill Defranceschi were a cemetery entry with no origin. The two are now the same family. No connection to this family is shown and none is claimed.
