The family
No family chart is drawn for this person, and that is a statement about the data rather than about them. This archive records kin against a name — the tree on a name page gathers everyone who shares it, so it may hold one person's dates beside another's wife. Rather than hand a reader a family that might not be this person's, the chart is drawn only where the relationship is recorded person by person, which today means the direct line.
What the archive knows
The tree and this archive disagree about the DEATH year by 30 years, and that is the serious kind. Tree 1870, here 1840; the birth agrees. A death year is usually the better-evidenced of the two, so a gap this wide means one side is describing a different person's death — most often a namesake in the same parish. This needs the burial register, not a judgement. (20 Sept 2026.)
⭐ 5 October 2026 — a Clementina Defranceschi is alive and standing godmother on 20 February 1840. Gologorica baptisms, folio 102 (M01069115): she stands with «Franciscus Marciolin» at the baptism of Franciscus Sestan, and the Conditio cell enters the pair «ille clavium faber, haec civis» — she a citizen. (doc — DAPA ZM34K-214.)*
This is evidence in the 1840-versus-1870 argument and it does not settle it. The entry gives no age, no household and no patronymic, so it fits either this Clementina or her elder namesake of 1821. What settles it is the burial register — Gologorica deaths 1784–1880, 91 frames on the same reel, barely opened. The three women of 1840.
⭐ 6 October 2026 — her elder namesake is accounted for, and it narrows this row rather than closing it. The Clementina of 1821 died on 30 January 1821, aged two days and eleven and a half hours (doc — DAPA ZM34K-214, M01069259, page 62 of the death register.)
So the 1870 death this archive had parked on her sister cannot be the sister's. The dispute on this row — archive 1840 against tree 1870* — is unchanged in substance, but it has lost the comfortable explanation that the two dates simply belonged to two women. One of them is still wrong about this woman, and the death register has not yet reached her.
✔ And it settles the godmother. The Clementina Defranceschi who stood godmother on 20 February 1840, entered civis, was recorded here as possibly either sister. She can only be this one.

⭐⭐ 6 October 2026 — SETTLED, BY EXACTLY THE SOURCE THIS ROW ASKED FOR.
The paragraph above, written 20 September, said: «a gap this wide means one side is describing a different person's death … This needs the burial register, not a judgement.»
The burial register was walked today.
> Gologorica deaths, image M01069286, page 114: «1870 Martii 10ma · 7 · Clementina Defranceschi, POSSIDENS, munita SS Sacram. et sepulta 11. Martii · 47 · Phthisis»
Forty-seven on 10 March 1870 closes exactly on her birth of 3 October 1822. The tree was right and this archive was wrong. The death year moves 1840 → 1870; the pid keeps 1822 and is re-declared. (doc.)
And the corroboration was already on this row: a Clementina stands godmother in 1841, which a woman dead in 1840 cannot do. Two independent pointers, and the register to settle them.
She died at house 7 — the family's house — of phthisis, and the register calls her «possidens», a property-holder: the family's status word shifts from «civis» to «possidens» across these decades.
